EIN DEUTSCHES BAROCKREQUIEM
Following a brilliant and memorable appearance last season, we are thrilled to welcome back to St. James our friends at Vox Luminis for this special event!
Under the direction of Lionel Meunier, the ensemble will sing the same texts that Brahms chose for his German Requiem but in settings by earlier German masters including Andreas Scharmann, Thomas Selle, Johann Hermann Schein, Wolfgang Carl Briegel, and Christian Geist.
