Under the direction of Lionel Meunier, the ensemble will sing the same texts that Brahms chose for his German Requiem but in settings by earlier German masters including Andreas Scharmann, Thomas Selle, Johann Hermann Schein, Wolfgang Carl Briegel, and Christian Geist.
