Lutenist Thomas Dunford and mezzo-soprano Lea Desandre will return to San Diego following their phenomenal first performance in 2022 with Jupiter Ensemble.

The duo will present an intimate program of works dedicated to love by Italian composers of the 17th century. The dialogue of pieces by Monteverdi, Merula, Kapsberger, and Frescobaldi explores the richness and complexity of love in all its forms.
